Onondaga Community College, located in Syracuse, NY is currently recruiting for an Enrollment Communications & Content Coordinator
The Enrollment Communications & Content Coordinator develops engaging, clear, and student-centered communications that help prospective students and applicants navigate their journey to enrollment at Onondaga Community College.
This position combines writing, content development, communication planning, and project coordination to support recruitment, application completion, financial aid engagement, and matriculation. The Coordinator creates and manages communications across email, SMS, web, print, and other channels, ensuring students receive timely, accessible, and helpful information throughout the enrollment process.
As a member of the Marketing & Communications team, this position works collaboratively with Admissions, Financial Aid, Enrollment Management, and other campus partners to develop and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging College messaging that supports student enrollment and success while advancing the College's overall mission.
