As a shipping clerk, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse office. Your dynamic presence at the front desk will be the first point of contact for visitors, while your organizational skills will keep our administrative tasks running seamlessly. You’ll be empowered to utilize your expertise in various office management tools and customer service techniques to enhance our team's productivity and create a welcoming atmosphere.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage all communication, be it phone, email, or in person, efficiently and professionally. 
• Generate outbound Bills of Lading and process inbound paperwork professionally and accurately.
• Maintain accurate inventory systems, and filing systems. 
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain shipping and receiving schedules. 

Basic Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated experience in clerical roles or customer service positions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the warehousing industry.
• Familiarity with record keeping principles and practices is advantageous.
• Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
