The Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for marketing and managing MACNY’s recruitment platform (applicant tracking system) and supporting other HR tasks and projects. This includes sourcing and engaging with qualified candidates for various roles (internal and external) across multiple industries. This role delivers training to members who purchase the recruitment platform looking to fill open positions. This position proactively builds a pipeline of sources and candidates in the company database, aligning and matching candidates to external member positions. They support our business development team to increase our member totals. This role involves outreach to MACNY member companies to increase participation and aid in the engagement of passive candidates for qualifying openings supporting our talent development team, including MACNY’s Registered Apprenticeship Program. This role formulates partnerships across New York State that reflect the business objectives of the organization. It also strongly supports HR and the MACNY business initiatives.
The Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) association representing over 300 businesses and organizations across Central and Upstate New York.
