Eagle Metalcraft in East Syracuse is looking for an entry level Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone interested in hands-on manufacturing work. The Screen Printing / Pad Printing Associate will assist in printing, packaging as well as other shop duties.

No prior experience is required—we provide training—but a strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team are essential.

• Set up and operate screen printing and pad printing equipment (training provided)
• Packaging and unpacking delicate parts
• Inspect printed parts for accuracy, alignment and defects
• Follow work instructions, job travelers and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with other shop tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Willingness to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

• Previous experience in printing, manufacturing, or production environments
• Familiarity with basic tools and shop equipment
