Onondaga Community College, located in Syracuse, NY is currently recruiting for a CRM Administrator
As a member of the Enrollment Management team and reporting to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Development, the CRM Administrator is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of the College's customer relationship management system (CRM) Technolutions Slate. The CRM Administrator will serve as the primary administrator, database architect, manager of daily operations and data integrity, and optimizing processes for enrollment management.
With a focus on achieving OCC's enrollment goals, this position will oversee all aspects of system functionality including user access, data management, data integrity, system and process design, application and reader workflows, communication plans, and technical support to users. The CRM Administrator will manage Enrollment Management systems' projects and focus on efficiencies, system optimization, governance, and collaborative system use. This position will help support strategic and innovative work to meet enrollment goals. Day to day responsibilities also involve improvements and recommendations for Slate, developing/maintaining system access governance, and serving as the primary technical and systems Slate expert for OCC.
