JPW Companies is hiring a CDL-A Truck Driver to support our windmill (wind turbine) crews based in Lowville, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work, long days outdoors, and being part of a high-performance crew building critical infrastructure, this could be the opportunity for you.  Candidates must live within 50-miles of Lowville, NY!

 

This is not just a driving job. You’ll be an essential part of our crane boom assembly crew, working side-by-side with skilled trades professionals in the field.

 

Work is seasonal-intensive, with long hours during the spring, summer, and fall, depending on weather conditions and project demands.

 

Salary is $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

 

Responsibilities

  • Operate CDL-A tractor-trailers transporting equipment and materials
  • Operate a telescopic fork truck
  • Assist crane boom assembly crew in daily operations
  • Work safely outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Support site setup, teardown, and material handling

USD $35.00/Hr.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting and working long hours
  • Comfortable working outdoors most of the time
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong safety mindset
  • Fork truck experience preferred (telescopic experience a plus)
