In this role, you’ll work with stainless steel, aluminum, and steel, using TIG, MIG, and spot welding techniques to bring high-quality projects to life. You'll interpret blueprints, lay out and assemble components, and operate equipment to build everything from small parts to large assemblies. • Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience
• Ability to apply basic math skills to measure and calculate various drawing dimensions.
• Ability to move and lift, up to 50 pounds.
• Physically able to stand and/or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude or similar experience is a plus

• Ability to TIG weld, spot weld and MIG weld stainless steel, steel, and alum.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
• Layout component locations per instructions.
• Prepare work surface via cutting and finishing.
• Weld small and large components in flat, vertical, via appropriate welding technique.
• Set up and operate equipment for assigned jobs.
• Complete housekeeping duties in assigned area or as requested by management.
• Complete all required paperwork and properly log time into the ERP system, logging on and off.
• Wear proper PPE.
• Support other Sheet Metal Fabrication when necessary.
