Onondaga Community College, located in Syracuse, NY is currently recruiting for a Construction Management Faculty - Full-Time, Tenure Track
The Department of Applied Engineering Technology is pleased to invite applications for a full-time tenure track faculty appointment in Construction Management/Architectural Design at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor. Date of appointment is August 2024. The primary need is within the Construction Management discipline, although there may be additional teaching opportunities in Architectural Design, so we invite a wide range of credentials, skill sets, and backgrounds to apply. Major responsibilities of this position include college-level teaching of Construction Management courses and labs, as well as an opportunity to teach within the Architectural Design discipline. Knowledge of other construction-related fields is also valued, including, but not limited to: building systems, renewable energy systems, building performance evaluation, HVAC, and building trades.

Additional Information:
The 2023-2024 starting salary for the rank of Instructor is $50,000 and Assistant Professor is $56,250 based on a 15-credit teaching load per fall and spring semester. Additional compensation available for teaching additional courses. Salaries for 2024-2025 are not yet available.
