The Manufacturers Association of Central New York (MACNY) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support a growing training department. The ideal candidate has experience with training or event coordination, is highly organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, is customer-focused, and has strong communication and critical thinking skills.
The Training Coordinator will coordinate with trainers to offer MACNY members a wide range of training and development opportunities; design training schedules; provide a best-in-class experience for in-person, virtual, and hybrid training event attendees; serve as the main point of contact for training inquiries; maintain records for the training department; prepare training materials; support administrative needs of the training department; and other various projects.
