Responsibilities

To help us meet our mission LOTTE Biologics is in need of an Asset Management Specialist, CMMS to execute and review Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) record change requests arising from customers, along with supporting any CMMS system upgrades in order maintain the accuracy of any records in the system to satisfy the business needs.

  • Manage Service Requests including gate keeping, tracking and execution.
  • Accountable of the change control program within CMMS, including support to metrology, preventive maintenance, and validation program in order to maintain accuracy of the information that resides on the CMMS system.
  • Supporting the F&E department by providing subject matter expertise and/or maintenance/calibration documentation to support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
  • Work within a team environment with other Facilities & Engineering functions, including Facilities, Reliability, Engineering, and Validation in a matrix organization.
  • Collaborative Process Improvement for service requests – Including site wide and global functions for Facilities, Engineering and Quality.
  • Create and report to the site leadership performance metrics for timely SR completion.
  • Support any implementation of new CMMS system and system updates, as necessary.
  • As necessary, will interface with the site’s outsourced facility counterparts to ensure that shared objectives (such as monthly PM and calibrations) are achieved.
  • Will interface with regulatory bodies and be accountable for non-conformance investigation thoroughness with appropriate and timely CAPA implementation.

Qualifications

Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline, with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification is a plus.
  • Moderate knowledge of SQL, Excel and Access related tools is preferable.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, etc:

  •  Knowledge of RCM & CMMS Technology, Quality Systems, and other computer software / databases as it relates to performing duties of this position.
  • Strong knowledge in asset management is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of facilities and building maintenance activities and functions including utilities infrastructures.
  • Experience working in an outsourced facility maintenance environment is a plus.
  • Understanding of regulatory, environmental, GMP/GLP and OSHA regulations.
  • Understanding of process equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and sense of urgency.
