To help us meet our mission LOTTE Biologics is in need of a Planner, Supply Chain to manage material resource planning to support manufacturing. This role will provide leadership within the planning group, ensuring compliant change management, timely and optimized management of materials, and scenario planning as needed to support production capacity.

• Responsible for Material Resource Planning (MRP) to support Syracuse manufacturing.
• Oversees production-related data including process order creation, release and monitoring to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support maintenance of existing Bill of Materials (BOM) and create new BOMs as needed to support future state planning needs.
• Extracts/interprets SAP data for optimized report building and visual representations to support inventory or triage needs.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Procurement, MST, Finance, Quality, etc.) including identifying issues, analyzing information/data, and developing/implementing solutions.
• Support new product introduction, customer relationships with external supply chain and technical teams, including but not limited to inventory/DS planning, customer requests/approvals, collaboration with PMO team.
• Escalate/communicate Supply Chain and inventory concerns to management and site leadership.
• Author planning-related change controls and assess impact for site change controls as needed to support the business.
• Demonstrates leadership and flexibility to pivot between multiple competing priorities.

Education/Experience/ Licenses/Certifications:

• Bachelors degree preferred with minimum 5-7 years of work-related experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality or Manufacturing with emphasis in SAP/ERP Data Maintenance, Production Planning/Scheduling, Materials Analysis, and Inventory Control.
• Strong customer service background with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate.
• High proficiency with SAP planning, procurement and/or data management.
• Experience with change management, with proven results innovating and implementing change compliantly and with urgency.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology. Lean Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt experience preferred.
• Professional (CPIM, CSCP APICS) certification is desirable.

Physical Demands:

Physical exertion may be required including sitting, standing, repetitive (Use of Arm, Hands, Wrists), and mobility across level surfaces for sustained periods.

Office space, lab space, inside work, working alone, working with/around others

Travel:

This position requires up to 5% of travel.
