To help us meet our mission LOTTE Biologics is in need of an Associate Director, IT Operations to manage the overall Operations division of our IT department, ensuring that all systems and infrastructure are available and reliable to meet the needs of the business. This role will oversee a team of IT professionals, including the Site Services, System Administrator, Network Administrators and Infrastructure Engineers. The Associate Director of IT Operations will have responsibility for IT Helpdesk, Workplace Services, Network Designs, Cloud Engineering, Telecom, Enterprise technologies and end user computing. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and can work within a dynamic, fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization!

• Lead an IT organization that has responsibility for day-to-day operations of the IT Operations department, ensuring that all systems are operational and available to meet the needs of the business.
• Accountable for IT Infrastructure to ensure all systems are designed and implemented following standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for key applications, ensuring they are reliable, accessible, secure, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Design technical solutions and define roadmaps for Quality IT in line with digital plant roadmap, business roadmap & global IT strategy, focusing on speed, quality, & cost.
• Develop and manage IT Operating budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support business objectives.
• Manage Total Cost of Ownership and the key drivers behind them to ensure approach is cost efficient.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure that all systems are secure, compliant, and up to date.
• Influence vendor roadmaps to align with LOTTE Biologics strategy.
• Develop a high performing team within the IT Operations organization, ensuring employee satisfaction, engagement, and productivity.
• Leverage ITIL management practices for managing IT services and improving IT support and service levels.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure that critical systems can be recovered in the event of a disaster.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend new solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.

• BS in related technical field or equivalent applicable experience
• 7+ years of experience in an IT related role, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or leadership position.
• Experience overseeing and collaborating with external partners and vendors
• Experiencing managing a portfolio of applications and systems to budget across their lifecycle

 Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, etc:

• Demonstrated effective leadership skills in building high performing teams of IT professionals
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the areas of computer system validation, data integrity, and 21CFR Part 11.
• Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with budget development and management.
• Experience working within an organization with project management oversight and policies.
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge and understanding in SDLC and ITIL
• Ability to effectively lead and manage change throughout an organization
• System and business analysis skills
