To help us meet our mission LOTTE Biologics is in need of a SAP Data Lead to support the implementation and long-term management of SAP environment & SAP data. This role will interact with multiple system stakeholders to support E2E SAP System and serve as the liaison between SAP system and end users to support current and future state, data management & system improvements. 

The SAP Data Lead will be support initial SAP implementation phase and serve as on-site subject matter expert for SAP environment, local troubleshooting and future process improvements. The SAP Data Lead will implement, manage and support site with creation and modification of SAP system data such as materials, suppliers, customers, recipes, BOMs, pricing, sales, invoicing, etc.   

To be a successful SAP Data Lead, you should be able to work with relevant departments to develop processes to support implementation, increase end-user engagement and data accuracy.  A high-performing SAP Data Lead will develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance SAP data, support end user experience and drive user engagement resulting in accurate system data.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support the site in new SAP implementation & adoption
• Set standards and expectations for the organization that will drive sustainable adoption & improvements across SAP environment
• Ensure master data integrity within SAP environment as well as creating the processes to support data creation and data quality
• In collaboration with subject matter experts and end users, define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the SAP environment and data is accurate, complete, and reliable
• Identify areas for data quality, accuracy or system improvements
• Responsible for establishing Master Data Governance (MDG) systems, processes and workflows
• Assist efforts related to system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across SAP environment
• Work with cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance & IT) to support end user SAP experience

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years prior master data experience with proven results to drive major ERP and digital transformation projects
• Prior experience with data governance tools (MDG or similar) or master data stewardship/analysis
• Prior SAP experience required, ERP Implementation experience a plus
• Strong background in customer/product/supplier master data
• Experience establishing new processes, process optimization, and effective change management
