Purpose: Individuals are required to operate and be efficient in at least two of the following: large versator, small versator, or all mills, and multiple pieces of equipment, including drum dumper, fork truck, manual jack, power jack, etc. This individual may be required to operate the bulk mixer. This position must also efficiently perform all processes, which may consist of mixing, milling, de-aerating, pumping, and quality control of paint and related products.  Incumbent is also responsible for general cleaning of machinery and drums, as well as entering data into the ERP system.  This position requires use of a respirator.

• Run product on proper equipment per priority schedule according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform clean-up of equipment and work area between runs and at the end of their shift
• Work as a team with other members of the operations staff in communicating needed improvements, implementing new processes, improving the work area, and problem solving any issues that may arise
• Complete all paperwork and data input required for the processing and completing of batches
• Work on all Paintworks private label products in operations
• Work on Lab/custom Lab projects in operations
• Perform other related duties as required by management

Work experience requirements (years and type): 1-3 years: Working with equipment requiring the use of safety equipment in an environment where quality was a focus and where all employees were expected to be problem solvers.

Education requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent with additional computer training
